Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

As a new venture, we are still finding what works best for our team and customers. We do not have a specific carrier that we use.

At this time, standard shipping with tracking will be provided for all orders. If an order requires expedited shipping, please reach out to us privately.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Shipping time will depend on individual customer locations. We will provide tracking with all orders.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we only fulfill and ship orders within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the item(s) purchased, size/weight, and where they will be shipped to. We try our best to use the most reasonably priced method for our customers.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is My Data Safe When I Make a Purchase?

Security is of the utmost importance to us. We use Shopify Payments to process all orders. Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts. All payment data is encrypted.

Orders & Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

To make tracking your orders easier, we encourage all customers to create an account with us. However, an account is not required to make a purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders that have not processed yet, can be cancelled from within your account or email shop@popmarketco.us. If an order is showing as processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Can I Return a Product?

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To return an item, go to popmarketco.us/a/returns. Our online portal provides you with everything you need to quickly and easily return any eligible purchase(s). If you need to return a rug purchase, please email help@popmarketco.us for assistance. For more detailed instructions about our return policy, and to find out what exclusions apply to returns, please continue reading below.

Standard Returns

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include paint, furniture, live plants, framed art, our magazine, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks, no problem. In order to return your item, click here to open our returns portal. Simply follow the steps on screen to print your return shipping label, and then place your package in the mail! You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. Shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, click here to open our returns portal. Simply follow the steps on the screen and you'll have everything you need!

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items, including t-shirts. In order to process an exchange, click here to open our returns portal. Simply follow the instructions on screen to return your item and order a different size.

For all other exchanges, simply return your item at popmarketco.us/a/returns and place an order for the item you'd like in exchange.
